These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ziina.ai, operated by Hzami Tech Solutions LLC.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ziina.ai.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Ziina.ai.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Your Account
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Uploads & Image Processing
A. Ownership of Uploads
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload to Ziina.ai.
B. License You Grant to Us
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Process your images
- Generate AI outputs
- Temporarily store files during processing
- Provide customer support and maintain the Service
- We do not claim ownership over your uploaded images.
C. Automatic Deletion of Uploaded Face Images
By default:
All uploaded face photos are automatically deleted after your AI images are generated.
We do not store your face images.
We do not use your face images to train our models.
Temporary processing copies are kept only as long as needed to complete the generation process.
5. Payments, Plans & Refunds
A. Payments & Plans
Certain features of Ziina.ai may require payment (e.g., credits, subscriptions, or fixed plans).
By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
B. No Refund After Usage in First 3 Days
For any paid plan (including subscriptions, credit packs, or similar):
If you use the plan to generate at least one (1) image within the first 3 days after purchase, you are not eligible for a refund for that plan.
This applies even if you do not use the remaining images, credits, or time on the plan.
C. Possible Refunds If Completely Unused
At our sole discretion, we may consider a refund request within the first 3 days of purchase only if:
You have not generated any images with that plan.
You contact us at support@ziina.ai .
We are not obligated to approve any refund and may decline requests consistent with this policy.
D. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and take steps to recover fees owed.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
- Use the Service to harass, exploit, or impersonate others
- Create harmful or misleading deepfakes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
- Bypass or interfere with security or technical protections
- We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
7. Ownership of Generated Output
Subject to rights in your uploaded content:
You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law or third-party rights.
We retain ownership of the underlying software, AI models, architecture, and platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Ziina.ai, including its software, AI models, designs, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Hzami Tech Solutions LLC .
You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the platform or its code.
9. Disclaimers
Ziina.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated images will meet your expectations
- The Service will be suitable for your specific use case
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hzami Tech Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your uploads or generated content
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ziina.ai at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service
- We decide to discontinue or modify the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, especially where the refund policy in Section 5 applies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service or by email.
Continued use of Ziina.ai after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
